Esta persona ha dejado que el perro la siguiera y se niega a llamar a un veterinario o a la guardia civil. Llamaré a la guardia civil por la mañana porque creo que tiene previsto seguir llevando al perro con ellos. Los propietarios deben saber que ha sido alimentado y se le ha dado agua y parece estar sano.
